My Work
While I've already discussed my academic work on my About page, here I will talk about my fandom work.I do fancovers, cosplay, sing, do critique, and write fanfiction. I am currently in the throes of JoJo's brainrot, especially part 5 (Golden Wind). I also help run Trish Una Week, a week devoted to everyone's favorite Spicy Young Lady (info forthcoming). ◆ If you engage in petty fandom drama. I am not an anti, and do not tolerate "anti" behavior. I am also not a "proshipper". I don't care what you ship. I'm just here to talk about nerd stuff, fam. I'm too old for fandom drama.It's also worth mentioning: While I understand that fictional consumption / creation of works discussing "problematic" topics is often not an endorsement of "problematic" things (hell, I'm an English PhD student, it's part of the territory in everything I study), I personally draw the line at sexual content of minors and incest ships (yes, even stepsiblings), along with rape fantasies. You can use fiction to work through tough things, but I'm not going anywhere near that, and don't want to see it. Thanks for understanding.TL;DR: In other words, don't be a jerk, and we'll be good. Otherwise, I will block and move on. Nothing against you; please don't take it personally. I curate my online experience to be a space for my comfort, so if I block you, it isn't you personally, it's that I just don't want to see that content on my feed, or I have used blockchain and you got caught in the crossfire. It happens.
